Domestic Shipping

If your order is placed before 9:00 a.m. on Sunday through Friday (EST), your coffee will ship the next business day. Orders placed between 9:00 a.m. on Friday and 9:00 a.m. on Sunday will ship on Monday. USPS Priority Mail estimates their package arrival 2-5 business days after the item is shipped. FedEx has a guaranteed delivery 1-3 days after shipping depending on shipping selection. USPS and FedEx do not include Saturdays, Sundays or holidays in their delivery time schedule. If your order is time sensitive and you want to ensure your coffee arrives by a specific date, please contact us at 855.730.7474 and we’ll discuss which shipping options are best.

International Shipping

We currently do not ship internationally.

Return Policy

We do not accept returns on coffee due to its perishable nature. However, if you have any issues with your coffee, or if there are errors in your order, please contact us at 855.730.7474 within 2 days of receiving your order. We will do our best to ensure that you’re satisfied.

Storing Coffee

Coffee is best stored in an airtight container in a cool dark place. The container should not have any residual acids from previously stored items. Please avoid the fridge, freezer, or a metal container, as coffee is porous and will absorb the flavors around it.
